Yancey Love, a young person who recently left foster care and is living with Dissociative Identity Disorder, longs for a purpose beyond his daily routines. One day, he encounters River, a telekinetic teen, who claims his sister was abducted by a group of espers searching for people with psychic abilities. Surprisingly, Yancey and his alters also possess psychic powers.
Intrigued and seeking answers, Yancey joins forces with River. As they team up, they become targets for enemy espers and are thrust into a dangerous world of secret organizations. Their friendship is put to the test as they navigate through threats and challenges while trying to work together.
